PLANNING ASSOCIATE (1)


Summary:
Performs the planning and monitoring of the stock level of all departments, conducts inventories, prepares bidding procedure and performs documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • Computer Literate, must be proficient in Excel, Word
  • Must have good negotiation skills and is keen to details
  • Must have high ethical standards


SENIOR ANALYST/PROGRAMMER (1)


Summary:
Convert business requirements into functional system specifications so as to enable the Product Development process to develop products that meets business needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Required skills: Visual Studio 6.0/2003/2005/2008/2010, HTML / CSS, Adobe Photoshop, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/R2, Familiar with Visual Source Safe / Team Foundation Server, knowledgeable in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Must have the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Must have a strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage development team and resources
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry


CRANE ELECTRICAL SPECIALIST (1)


Summary:
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of Quay Cranes and RTG’s electrical system to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Communications Engineering or a vocational graduate of Electrical Technology
  • Must have at least two (2) years experience in repair and maintenance of Heavy Industrial Equipment


CRANE MECHANICAL SPECIALIST (1)


Summary:
Performs maintenance of the mechanical parts of the Quay and Rubber Tyre Gantry Cranes to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or vocational graduate of Automotive Mechanic
  • Must have at least two (2) years experience in repair and maintenance of Heavy Industrial Equipment


ELECTRICIAN (1)


Summary:
Performs preventive and corrective repair/maintenance of mobile equipment’s electrical/electronic system. Performs troubleshooting of hydraulic system powered by DC volts.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a vocational graduate of Electrical Technology
  • Candidate must have at least one (1) year experience in the repair and maintenance of electronic/electrical component/system of mobile equipment


MECHANIC (3)


Summary:
Guides the helper mechanic in performing minor and major repairs of all types of cargo handling equipment to ensure equipment operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must have knowledge and skills on repair and maintenance of equipment mechanical parts and use of different mechanical hand tools, use of mechanical/hydraulic system parts manual and diagram


TIREMAN (2)


Summary:
Repairs/assembles tires of light/heavy equipment/vehicles to ensure efficiency of tire by taking out the interior part of tire, patching holes and assembling it back to its original form.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Highschool diploma or Vocational diploma in Automotive
  • Candidate must have at least one (1) year experience in the repair and assemble of tire of light and heavy equipment
  • Must be knowledge in the use of tireman hand tools and equipment (aircompressor and hydraulic jack)


HEAVY EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST  (50)


Summary:
Operates highly sophisticated equipment, conducts trainings and trade tests for equipment operators; performs pre-operation and periodic inspection of equipment; and evaluates the operational readiness of the equipment.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field
  • At least three years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Professional Driver’s license with restriction number 8 for driving articulated vehicles 4501 kgs. and above
  • Must have at least five years experience and knowledge in port operations or similar industry
  • Must be able to operate any of the following port terminal equipment (Forklift, Reach Stacker, Tractor Head, Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane, Quay Crane)
  • Must have at least three years experience working in port operations including a good track record as part of an operations team of a company involved in shipping and port management / operation and handling of containerized and general cargoes, preferably in domestic setting


WINCHMAN (40)


Summary:
The winch man/signalman shall be responsible for operating the crane/derrick of the vessel. The position requires thorough cautiousness on performing job functions. Proficiency of the operator this position is critical that cargo and labor safety is at risk.

Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Vocational degree
  • Must have Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Certificate (for operators using UHF radio)
  • Must acquire a MNHPI operator’s competency certificate
  • Must have at least two years experience and knowledge in crane/ derrick operations
  • Must have at least three years experience working in port operations with a good track record as part of an operations team of a company involved in shipping and port management/operation and handling of containerized and general cargoes, preferably in domestic setting
  • Must have an excellent vision (20-20) and hand-eye coordination


YARD TRACTOR (50)


Summary:
Operates Yard Tractor equipment safely; performs pre-operation and periodic inspection of equipment to evaluate readiness of equipment.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Highschool diploma
  • Must possess a driver’s license with restriction number 1238 for driving articulated vehicles
  • Must have at least three (3) years experience in operating Yard Tractor
