MANILA NORTH HARBOUR PORT, INC. (MNHPI) is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines engaged in port operations and at present, operates the Manila North Harbor. MNHPI is a joint-venture between Harbour Centre Port Terminal, Inc., the largest bulk and break-bulk port operator in the country, and Petron Corporation, a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation. Petron Corporation is a publicly-listed corporation recognized as the industry leader in the fuel and oil sector.  

Mission

MANILA NORTH HARBOUR PORT, INC. (MNHPI) undertakes a port development plan aimed at reconfiguring Manila North Harbor by creating specialized terminals (containerized, general cargo and passenger) and fully-integrated berth systems that are primarily aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies of the entire port, investing in modern cargo handling machinery and equipment and in information technology equipment and systems.

Vision

MANILA NORTH HARBOUR PORT, INC. (MNHPI) envisions to modernize and redevelop Manila North Harbor and to transform it into a premier maritime hub. It recognizes that maritime transport is a major means by which the various islands of the Philippines are connected and the movement of commodities and people is facilitated. Thus, the modernization and redevelopment of Manila North Harbor, which is a major hub in the domestic commerce of the country, will be an important step towards modernizing, redeveloping and restructuring the shipping and port industries in the Philippines.
